Day 01 : Arrive Jammu/Katra (45 Kms/2 ½ Hrs.)
On arrival at Jammu, pick up from airport/railway station and drive to Katra - lying in the foot of Trikuta Mountains, it serves as the base camp for visiting the world famous shrine of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi which is accessible by foot along a 14 Kms long well laid footpath. On arrival check in at hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. overnight at hotel.
Day 02 : Katra/Vaishno Devi/Katra (14 Kms trek one way)
After breakfast start the Holy Journey to Mata Vaisno Devi. Trek to Mata Vaishno Devi shrine (14 kms), ponies can also be arranged by your own for the trek and (also can take return Helicopter, optional) return back to Katra late in evening/night, Mata Vaishno Devi temple is one of the holiest Hindu temples dedicated to Shakti and is the second most visited religious shrine in India after Tirupati Balaji Temple in Andhra Pradesh. Overnight at hotel.
Day 03 : Katra/Pahalgam (250 Kms/7 to 8 Hrs.)
After breakfast check-out from hotel and drive to Pahalgam (Valley of Shepherds) - situated at the union of the streams flowing from Sheshnag Lake and the Lidder River in the state of Jammu & Kashmir. Pahalgam is now Kashmir`s premier resort; cool even during the height of summer when the maximum temperature does not exceed 25 degrees Celsius, upon arrival check into the hotel. Overnight at hotel.
Day 04 : Pahalgam/Srinagar (98 Kms)
After Breakfast morning free to explore Pahalgam. Late afternoon drive to Srinagar. On arrival check in at house boat. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight at houseboat.
Day 05 : Srinagar
After breakfast proceed for sightseeing of visit Mughal Gardens, as Nishat Bagh built by Asif Khan, the brother -in- law of Jehangir in 1632 AD, and Shalimar Bagh built by Jehangir for his wife empress Nur Jahan. All the gardens are situated on the banks of the Dal Lake with the Zabarwan hills, Chashama Shahi Garden, Shankarchariya Temple, on the Top of Sulimaan, built by Pondos. In 1765 AD, you will Cover all the Srinagar City from the top. Also enjoy one hour shikara ride on Dal Lake. Overnight at house boat.
Day 06 : Srinagar/Gulmarg/Srinagar (60 Kms one way)
After breakfast drive to Gulmarg, (60 kms. From Srinagar one way). Gulmarg has one of the best ski slopes in the world and highest golf course with 18 holes. If weather permits one can also have the view of Nanga Parbat, the naked mountain that is over 26,000 feet’s and dominates the entire region, Full day leisure visit around amazing scenery of Gulmarg. Also enjoy cable car (Gondola) for mountain ride upto Khilangmarg. In the evening drive back to Srinagar. Overnight at house boat.
Day 07 : Srinagar/Delhi (Flight) DEPARTURE
After breakfast check out from hotel and transfer to Srinagar airport to board the flight to Delhi and further connect the flight to onward destination.
