Day 01 : Arrive Mumbai
Today on arrival at Mumbai, our representative will assist you at the airport and transfer to hotel (Check in time at hotel is 1400 hrs.). Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight at hotel.
Day 02 : Mumbai
After breakfast proceed to visit Knesset Eliyahoo Synagogue - also known as Fort Jewish Synagogue established in 1884 by Mr. Jacob Sasson in memory of his father. In the afternoon visit the Tifereth Synagogue and attend the evening service at Magen David Synagogue (starts at 18.30 hrs). Overnight at hotel.
Day 03 : Mumbai/Pune (150 Kms/3 Hrs.)
After breakfast check out from hotel and drive to Pune. On arrival check in at hotel. Later in the afternoon visit Ohel David Synagogue. Overnight at hotel.
Day 04 : Pune/Ahmedabad by Jodhpur Exp - 16508 (1850/0655)
After breakfast check out from hotel and proceed for city tour of Pune covering Aga Khan Palace, Raja Dinkar Museum, Shaniwar Wada Fort & Dagadusheth Halwai Ganapati (Ganesha)Temple. Later in time transfer to railway station to board the train to Ahmedabad. Overnight train journey.
Day 05 : Arrive Ahmedabad
On arrival at Ahmedabad, our representative will assist you at the railway station and transfer to hotel. Later proceed to visit Calico Museum- primary textile museum of India, showcasing amazing artworks. Adalaj Stepwell- a `water building` (a five story well) dating back to the 15th century. Afternoon visit Magen Abraham Synagogue. Overnight at hotel.
Day 06 : Ahmedabad/Delhi (Flight)
After breakfast check out from hotel and transfer to airport to board the flight to Delhi. On arrival at Delhi, our representative will assist you at airport and transfer to hotel. Later proceed to visit the Judah Hyam Hall - which is a centre for Jewish and inter faith studies and the house of Mr Baruch B. Benjamin who is the first President of the Jewish Welfare Association New Delhi. Overnight at hotel.
Day 07 : Delhi
After breakfast proceed for sightseeing of Delhi, covering Red Fort from outside (Closed on Monday), Jama Masjid & Gandhi Memorial (Raj Ghat). Enjoy cycle rickshaw ride on the street of Chandini chowak market Also visit Humayun`s Tomb and Qutub Minar. Drive pass through Parliament House, Presidents house & India Gate. Overnight at hotel.
Day 08 : Delhi/Kolkata (Flight)
After breakfast check out from hotel and transfer to airport to board the flight to Kolkata. On arrival at Kolkata, pick up from airport and transfer to hotel. After noon enjoy the city tour of Kolkata covering - Marble Palace, Kumartuli (Potter’s Colony), College Street Book Market & Indian Coffee House. Overnight at hotel.
Day 09 : Kolkata
After breakfast proceed to visit two Jewish Girls’ Schools at Park Street and Bowbazar. Overnight at hotel.
Day 10 : Kolkata/Cochin (Flight)
After breakfast check out from hotel and transfer to airport to board the flight to Cochin . On arrival at Cochin, our representative will assist you at the airport and transfer to hotel. Later proceed for sightseeing and visit Fort Cochin, Santa Cruz Basilica, Dutch Palace (Closed on Friday and Sunday, opening time 9:30 am to 4:00 pm) at Mattancherry, St. Francis Church and Chinese fishing nets. Overnight at hotel.
Day 11 : Cochin
After breakfast proceed to visit the ancient North Parur Synagogue & Chendamangalam Synagogue. Overnight at hotel.
Day 12 : Cochin/Mumbai (Flight) DEPARTURE
After breakfast check out from hotel and transfer to airport to board the flight to Mumbai and further connect the flight to onward destination.
