Itinerary

Day 01: Kathmandu/Lhasa (Flight)/Tsedang
Early morning reach Kathmandu airport to board a flight to Lhasa. On reaching Lhasa, pick up from airport and drive to Tsedang. On reaching Tsedang, check in at hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. In the evening, take a leisurely walk to explore the nearby area of Tsedang. Overnight at hotel.

Day 02: Tsedang
After breakfast proceed for sightseeing of Tsedang, covering - Samye Monastery, Yumbulakhang, Trandruk Monastery and the Relic of Lhagyari Palace. After sightseeing return to the hotel. Overnight at hotel.

Day 03: Tsedang/Gyantse
After breakfastcheck out from hotel and drive to Gyantse. It is located in the Nyang Chu, connecting Kathmandu to Lhasa. On reaching Gyantse, Check in at hotel. After resting for a while proceed for sightseeing and visit the Kumbum stupa of the Pelkhor Monastery which contains 77 chapels in its six floors. Also visit Drongtse Monastery, Palcho monastery and the Gyantse Dzong. After the visit return to the hotel. Overnight at hotel.

Day 04: Gyangtse/Shigatse
After breakfast check out from hotel and drive to Shigatse. On arrival, check-in at hotel. Later proceed for sightseeing of Shigatse and visit Potala Palace, Milarepa Meditation Cave, Mangpu Hot Spring, Mount Cho Oyu and the Pelkor monastery. Overnight at hotel.

Day 05: Shigatse/Lhasa
After breakfast check out from hotel and drive to Lhasa. On the way pass the famous river Brahmaputra. We may get a sight of many yaks, busy villages, mountain sheep, and lakes while passing over the Karo and Kamba passes. On reaching Lhasa check-in at hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight at hotel.

Day 06: Lhasa
After breakfast proceed for sightseeing of Lhasa, covering - Jokhang, the Potala Palace, Drepung and Sera Monastery, Norbulinka, and surrounding Bakhor market. Overnight at hotel.

Day 07: Lhasa
After breakfast proceed to visit Gandan monastery, Jokhang temple, Trandruk monastery and the Lhasa nunnery. In the evening explore the Namtso Lake for its beautiful views and surroundings. Overnight at hotel.

Day 08: Lhasa/Kathmandu (Flight) DEPARTURE
After breakfast check out from hotel and transfer to airport to board the flight to Kathmandu and further connect the flight for onward journey.

07 nights accommodation in 3 star hotels on twin sharing basis. Tibet travel permit and all other necessary permits to Tibet. All entrance ticket fees for all tourist sites listed in the itinerary.
